Knowledge product on Data Sharing

The WMO has published a Knowledge Product on Data Sharing in the Africa, Acribbean, and Pacific (ACP) Group of States. This brochure highlights work being led by WMO under its ClimSA grant to advocate for and support data sharing. It describes some background on datasharing including the need for regional meteorological data and the current data-sharing landscape. Afterwards it describes 3 activities that ClimSA has been supporting; 1) providing techinical guidance, 2) improving accces to climate data and 3) the roll-out of ICA&D.

WMO will continue to provide guidance and assistance to the focus countries for sustainable observations within  the scope of ClimSA.
