ClimSA is co-organizing sessions together with several RCCs at the COP28 in Dubai. Delegates from RCCs are presenting in the various sessions on a wide variety of topics.
On wednesday the 6th of December the session was organized on: "Advanced Climate Services for Knowledge-Driven Decision-making Processes". During this session, Dr. Seydou B. Traore from AGRHYMET presented on their work for ClimSA. Dr Traore dessiminated on the production and communication of agrometeorological information for the pilot country Burkina Faso. The feedback from the farmers indicated that the information helps them plan activites for the season and also day to day farming operations.
